Refund policy

Section 1: ORDER RETURN

Due to NYS SLA state laws, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any order that was delivered and signed for, unless there is damage to the item or the wrong item was received.

Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

2.2 Canceled orders may be subject to a $30 shipping, delivery, and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
