Don Fulano Anejo

Don Fulano comes from five generations of agave farmers in the Highlands of Jalisco, and this Anejo is a marriage of well aged tequilas matured around 30 months in French Limousin oak rather than ex whiskey casks, lending elegance without overwhelming the agave. Made from 100% slowly cooked mature Blue Weber agave, it is deep and complex, with dried fruit, cardamom, and allspice balanced by gentle sweetness, closing with honey, caramelized nuts, and a refreshing touch of menthol.
